Do not build the week around overload. Build it around controlled endurance, skills, fueling practice, and good daily rhythm. The win is leaving healthier and more consistent than you arrived.

- What does a normal week look like when life is stable?
- How much intensity have I actually been completing, not just planning?
- Do I usually recover well from back to back long rides?
