Check your version and report a bug
Find which version of NeverChill you're on and send the team a bug report or an idea.
Atualizado em 2026-11-02
What this is for
Something not working? Checking your version first tells you if a fix is already out. Then you can send a bug report straight to the team, or share an idea.
Before you start
- Note what you were doing and what went wrong.
- A screenshot helps a lot.
Check your version
In the app
The NeverChill mobile app is in beta (TestFlight on iPhone, a preview build on Android).
- Tap Me, then the settings gear.
- Scroll to the bottom of Settings. You'll see a line like
v0.1.0 (212) · web 2026.9.14.
The first part is the app version and build. The web part is the NeverChill version the app is talking to. If you see · update and a code, you're running a recent update.
On the web
Open Account settings. The version (for example v2026.9.14) is at the bottom of the settings page.

Update the app
When a new build is ready, the app shows Fresh build just landed. Tap Update. If you tapped Not now, you'll be asked again later.
Check the Help center first
Your question may already have an answer here. You can open the Help center from:
- The app: tap Me, tap the settings gear, then tap Help center under Help, just above Report a bug or idea. You can also type "help" in the Settings search box. It opens in the in-app browser.
- The web: open the More menu in the top bar and choose Help center, just above Send feedback.
- The website footer: choose Help center under Support.
Older app builds don't have the Help center row yet. Update the app to get it.
Report a bug in the app
- Tap Me, then the settings gear.
- Under Help, tap Report a bug or idea.
- Choose Bug, Idea or Other.
- Describe what happened in Details.
- Tap Attach screenshot or photo to add up to 5 images.
- Tap Send bug report.
Your app version, build, phone model and system version are sent with the report, so you don't need to type them. If you're offline, the report sends when you're back online.

Report a bug on the web
- In the top bar, open the More menu and choose Send feedback.
- Choose Report a bug.
- Describe the problem. NeverChill can grab a screenshot of the page for you. Leave Include it with my bug report ticked to send it.
- Paste, drop or attach up to 5 images if you like.
- Click Send bug report.
On a narrow screen, the same option is called Report a bug or idea in the menu.
Add details to a report you already sent
Remembered something after you sent a report? Add it to the same report instead of sending a new one. This is on the web for now. The app can only send new reports.
- Open the More menu and choose Send feedback.
- Choose Add details to a report you already sent. This opens Your feedback, a list of everything you've sent.
- Pick the report and choose Edit.
- Change the description and click Save changes.
You can edit a report while it is still open. Once the team marks it done or decides not to do it, it's closed and shows This report is closed, so it can no longer be changed. Each save keeps what the report said before, under Earlier versions. If the report is an idea already published on the community board, the board post stays as it is.
Share an idea
Choose Idea in the app or Share an idea on the web, give it a title, and tap Publish idea. Ideas are published to the public NeverChill Ideas board. Bug reports stay private to the team.
Troubleshooting
- My screenshot is too big. Images can be up to 8 MB each, in PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF.
- Add something new before saving. You saved without changing the description. Add your new details, then save.
- I can't find the Help section. In Settings, type "bug" or "help" in the search box.
