Connect WHOOP

Link your WHOOP account to see recovery, sleep and strain next to your training.

Updated 2026-10-15

What this is for

Connect WHOOP and your recovery, sleep and strain show up in NeverChill next to your rides, so you can see how training and recovery fit together.

Before you start

  • You need a WHOOP account.
  • WHOOP is part of NeverChill Pro. See Free vs Pro.

What comes across

  • Recovery
  • Sleep
  • Strain
  • Body measurements
  • WHOOP workouts, shown as wellness records

WHOOP doesn't send rides with GPS or power, and you can't send routes or workouts to WHOOP. Keep your bike computer connected for rides.

Connect WHOOP

On the web

  1. In the top bar, open the More menu, choose Account settings, then choose Devices & apps under Integrations. You can also go straight to neverchill.com/settings/integrations.

  3. Sign in to WHOOP and allow access.

Bring in past data

The first sync after you connect brings in about 10 years of WHOOP health data (recovery, sleep, strain and body measurements). WHOOP workouts come in from the last 90 days. After that, each sync picks up from where the last one left off.

Troubleshooting

  • It says Upgrade to Pro. Wearable recovery and sleep are on NeverChill Pro.
  • It says Reconnect required. Tap Reconnect and sign in to WHOOP again.
  • I can't find WHOOP or can't connect. Check that you're on NeverChill Pro, and that the app is up to date.

Still stuck? In the app, go to Settings and tap Report a bug or idea under Help. On the web, choose Send feedback from the More menu.
